Afea Villas was born from a family’s love for Crete — its light, its flavors, and its calm rhythm of life. We wanted to create a place where guests could experience the island the way locals do: surrounded by nature, close to the sea, and free to simply slow down. That dream became two villas, Pasithea and Nimertis, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a connection to the real Crete. Every detail, from the open architecture to the choice of natural materials, reflects the island’s authenticity and beauty. Άψογη υποδοχή από τον ιδιοκτήτη, Κύριο Λευτέρη, ο οποίος ήταν Κύριος και ευγενικότατος ως οικοδεσπότης! Διακριτικότατος και πάντα στη διάθεσή μας, σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε! Η βίλα είναι πανέμορφη, προσφέροντας άπλετη θέα! Πάρα πολύ καθαρό οίκημα με πολλές ευκολίες, έκανε τη διαμονή μας απίστευτη! Τα παιδιά το ευχαριστήθηκσν στο μεγιστο! Η πισίνα, πάντα καθαρή και ελεγμένη ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα! Πολύ άνετος ύπνος και η ατμόσφαιρα και θερμοκρασία μέσα στη βίλα, πάντα ιδανική! Προστατευμένο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ μες το οίκημα. Μην ψάχνετε κάτι καλύτερο στην περιοχή, δεν υπάρχει κάτι καλύτερο από το συγκεκριμένο οίκημα, το οποιο ειναι ακόμα πιο ομορφο απο κοντά! Πολυτέλεια και άνεση σε πολύ προσιτή τιμή! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένειά με παιδιά και όχι μόνο! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον!
We rented both villas for five days and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location and views were stunning. Everything was clean and well maintained. The Villas are practically brand new! The grounds were beautiful, with something for everyone: basketball courts, swimming pools, and a PS5 for the kids.
The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing or hosting a family gathering. The villas are designed so that if you rent both, they connect well, yet still offer privacy from one another.
Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. Lefteris, the host, was fantastic. He was helpful with check-in, check-out, and any recommendations we needed during our stay.

Bardzo ładny i zadbany dom wakacyjny, w pełni funkcjonalny dla rodzin z dziećmi basen rewelacja z brodzikiem boisko do koszykówki ładny ogród i oczywiście grill. Wyposażenie domu w wysokim standardzie. Widok z rana przy kawie nie do opisania cisza spokój i pełen relaks. Dla rodzin z małym dzieckiem łóżeczko fotelik do karmienia a co najważniejsza w razie potrzeby opieka pediatry dostępna 24 h przez 7 dni. Dla starszych PS5 więc wieczorem nie ma problemu z dzieciakami .Dojazd do miasteczka 10 min. W pobliżu jest Lidl i dużo innych mini marketów. Bardzo polecam dla osób które cenią sobie spokój piękny widok i wygodę. Z pewnością odwiedzimy to miejsce w następnym roku.
La villa es una maravilla. Las vistas impresionantes. Tiene mucho jardín y una cancha de baloncesto con balón incluido. La piscina muy grande y muy limpia. Muebles de jardín en todas las terrazas y tumbonas muy cómodas. Tiene tres habitaciones con tres baños. Las camas comodisimas. Incluso ponen albornoz y zapatillas. La cocina un poco justa. Tiene pocos muebles y el lavavajillas extremadamente pequeño. A demas las hormigas recorrian la encimera. Por lo demás todo perfecto. El anfitrión muy amable y discreto. Siempre estaba cuidando el jardín y la piscina. Hay una casa idéndica justo al lado que también le hace el mantenimiento. El camino para llegar un poco farragoso y tiene tramos no asfaltados. Pero se llega sin problemas. Entorno de montaña y olivos. Los gatos muy presentes por el terreno. Si teneis la suerte de alquilar la casa no os arrepentiréis. Es fantástica!!!
